Ministers have identified a significant need to contextualise best practice in working with people in ministry. Courses we offer include:
- Leading Staff – this 2 day workshop helping Christian leaders consider how to employ, lead and manage people well within the context of the Christian church. This course begins with role planning – covers recruitment, on-boarding and development – performance management – and exiting well (this workshop is available online).
- Coaching – a half day workshop helps participants think about what care for a persona and the task looks like when we work as Christians. This topic will consider discipling a person, giving feedback and helping a person to move forward on a task. This course is often combined with the day workshop on delegation (this workshop is available online).
- Conflict Management – We explore personal conflict and, with the assistance of an organisational psychologist, explore how people respond to and how we deal with conflict.
- Recruitment – Equipping pastors in the much needed skills to understand the role and identify the best candidate as they recruit staff in a way that models the love of Christ.
- Wealth with Purpose – group sessions available on request (min number combined 6).
