CMD regularly runs workshops in the following areas in parish or with groups of ministers to help churches develop good ministry practice in the following areas:
- Church Strategy & Planning – facilitating the planning process with leadership teams and helping them to create clear plans for implementation of effective ministry
- Small Groups – workshops for small group leaders to create alignment between this key ministry and the overall mission of the church. Helping leaders to create a strong understanding and expectation for good practice within the particular church’s context.
- Welcome & Integration – workshops to build a clear understanding of the role of this area in effective ministry and tailoring good practice to the specific church’s environment.
- Invitation – Building a sense of invitation and sharing faith with a church
- Children & Youth Ministry (in conjunction with Youthworks) – creating an understanding of good practice with the local church and setting objectives for implementation.
