These are competencies CMD has been asked by clergy to provide training in more regularly. Courses we offer include:
- Delegation (Multiplication of ministry) – Multiplication of ministry through careful delegation – helping participants to consider how they work with and through others to live out Christ’s mission (this workshop is available online). NB this course is usually partnered with Coaching.
- Personal effectiveness (time management) – Helping pastors to consider how they prioritise their time to focus on the most important tasks (this workshop is available online).
