Workshops we offer include:
- Strategic Planning – helping pastors to understand the strategic planning process and demystifying the steps required to build a strategic plan (this workshop is available online)
- Change Management – One of the hardest competencies this workshop is set up to help pastors understand how to lead and manage change
- Resilience – Helping ministers and church leaders consider how they can, under God, build resilience into their ministry
- Developing a Leadership Pipeline – helping church leaders think through the concept of a church leadership pipeline for men and women in ministry and then how to develop a leadership pipeline specific to their church ministry.
